LLWZ Horizontal Sedimentation Spiral Unloading Filter Centrifuge
The LLWZ centrifuge is the flagship product independently developed by our company. It perfectly combines the structural characteristics of the sedimentation centrifuge and the filtering centrifuge. It is especially suitable for working conditions with low solid content of the mother liquor or a small amount of viscous substances, which expands the scope of application of the LLW centrifuge.
The liquid is driven by centrifugal force to separate solids and liquids in the sedimentation section, and most of the liquid or low-density viscous substances are discharged. The concentrated material is further dehydrated in the filtration section. Under the combined action of the dual dehydration mechanism, it can ensure that the water content of the solid phase meets the process design requirements.
