Working principle

The scraper bottom discharge centrifuge is a vertical fully automatic filtering centrifuge. The motor drives the drum to rotate at high speed through a belt. The material to be separated enters the high-speed rotating centrifuge drum through the feeding system under the control of a pre-programmed program. Under the action of the centrifugal field, the material is filtered through the filter medium (filter cloth/filter screen), the liquid phase is discharged out of the machine through the liquid outlet pipe, and the solid phase is retained in the drum.

The material detection device detects the material filling position in real time. When the filter cake in the drum reaches the specified loading amount of the machine, the feeding is stopped. The filter cake is then washed and dried. After the filter cake meets the deliquidation requirements, the centrifuge is reduced to the scraping speed, and the scraper device scrapes the filter cake under hydraulic (pneumatic) control and discharges it through the discharge port at the bottom of the centrifuge.

Smoother unloading

The automatic scraping device has speed and distance adjustment functions. The scraper adopts a variety of structural designs such as double-edged blades (wear-resistant: alloy blades, wear-resistant coatings, etc.), optimizes the cutting angle, and has low scraping resistance. For harder materials, layered scraping technology can be used.

The liquid damping vibration reduction technology is adopted, and the foundation-free installation form can effectively reduce the vibration of the centrifuge, which is convenient for the installation and maintenance of the machine.

The square box design of the machine base increases the weight of the chassis, reduces the center of gravity of the centrifuge, and reduces the vibration speed.

The detachable drum liquid baffle design is self-locking and reliable, and the scientific filter cloth fixing module design (tensioning device + quick-installation structure) can quickly complete the filter cloth replacement.
