LLW Horizontal Spiral Discharge Centrifuge for Industrial Use
The horizontal spiral unloading filter centrifuge is an advanced solid-liquid separation equipment with low energy consumption, high performance, good separation effect, continuous operation, high production efficiency and automation. After the suspension enters the centrifuge, under the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the centrifuge drum, the liquid phase is thrown out through the filter screen and the holes in the drum wall, and the solid phase is retained on the filter screen to form a filter cake layer.
Under the action of relative differential speed, the spiral continuously pushes the material into the discharge port, thereby realizing automatic and continuous separation of solid and liquid phases.
