PSD Flat Bag Top Unloading Centrifuge for Industrial Use
PSD centrifuge adopts mechanical auxiliary unloading, which not only has the high efficiency of fully automatic scraper centrifuge, but also has the advantages of wide applicability of top unloading centrifuge. The product structure design is advanced, small in footprint, low in failure rate, and has a high cost performance.
Working Principle
Under the action of centrifugal force, the material tends to the drum wall, and the liquid phase passes through the filter medium covering the drum wall through the filter holes of the drum wall, tends to the inner wall of the shell and falls into the bottom plate, and is discharged through the liquid outlet.
The solid phase material remains in the drum and can be fully washed, so as to complete the solid-liquid separation. After stopping, open the shell cover, use a special lifting device, take out the filter bag to the unloading place.
Unloading, after unloading, install the liquid blocking plate and filter bag into the drum again and lock the liquid blocking plate, close the upper cover, and start the next working cycle after locking.
