The SS Three-Legged Manual Top-Discharge Centrifuge is an intermittent-operation filtration centrifuge, featuring a three-legged elastic suspension structure. It achieves solid-liquid separation through high-speed rotation, generating centrifugal force.
Designed for versatility and reliability, it is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and textile industries for separating granular, crystalline, or fibrous materials, especially suitable for applications requiring high crystal integrity.
Feeding Phase: Materials are loaded into the drum through the top opening or flip cover, with filter cloth placed to prevent solid particle leakage.
Centrifugal Separation: The motor drives the drum to rotate at high speed (700-2825 r/min). Centrifugal force causes the liquid phase to penetrate the filter cloth and drum wall holes, while solids are retained as cake inside the drum.
Discharging Phase: After Downtime,the flip cover is manually opened, and the cake is removed through the top discharge port or cleaned with auxiliary tools (e.g., scrapers).

Three-legged manual loading and unloading centrifuge; the overall structure is reasonably designed, the transition of the structural parts is smooth, the surface is polished, and the external structural parts, fasteners and drums can all be made of materials selected by customers (stainless steel, titanium, carbon steel, rubber lining, plastic lining, PTFE lining, etc.).

The three-legged manual loading and unloading centrifuge has strong versatility and a wide range of applications. It is suitable for separating suspensions containing solid particles ≥ 0.01 mm, and the solid particles can be granular, crystalline or fibrous, etc., and can also be used for dehydration of finished items (such as yarn bundles, textiles, etc.).

Drive mode: ordinary asynchronous motor, flameproof asynchronous motor or frequency conversion explosion-proof. The motor installation is divided into two types: B3 and B5.

The centrifuge brake device can adopt three braking methods: holding brake, expansion brake, and inverter brake. There are two types of foundations, with foundation and without pouring foundation (equipped with shock absorbers).

If the centrifuge adopts variable frequency starting, there are the following concerns: (1) adjustable separation factor; non-contact energy-consuming braking system; (2) anti-static belt drive.
