Industrial XJZ Top Suspension Centrifuge for Precise Separation
XGZ centrifuge is a fully automatic centrifuge with top-hung mechanical scraper unloading. It separates sugar and honey under the action of centrifugal force field, and scrapes sugar from the drum wall through radial and axial movement of the scraper to complete the unloading process. The machine is equipped with water washing and steam washing devices to fully wash the materials.
Working principle
When the drum rotates at high speed, it will generate a centrifugal force thousands of times greater than its own weight, which will cause the massecuite on the wall to be affected by the centrifugal force, and the sugar crystals will be trapped in the drum by the screen to form a filter layer.
Under the action of centrifugal force, the molasses will pass through the filter layer and the screen, and then flow out from the drum hole wall to complete the task of separating the crystals from the mother liquor.

Adopting AC frequency conversion drive, in the periodic automatic cycle operation, the frequency conversion stepless speed regulation can largely meet the speed requirements of low-speed feeding, high-speed separation, low-speed unloading, etc. According to the changes in material properties, the corresponding speed point can be provided to achieve more optimized operation.

The electrical control adopts a programmable controller (PLC). The 10-inch color touch screen can set the time for each process and display the real-time working status of each process. The operation is flexible, simple and convenient. The whole machine is controlled by electrical, pneumatic and mechanical joints to realize the fully automatic cycle operation of each process.

The parts in contact with the material are made of austenitic stainless steel, so that the sugar and paste separation can be clean and hygienic. The overall structure is compact and the operation is stable.
